Type: A traditional, premium-grade sun-dried condiment, popular across Sri Lankan and South Asian cuisines, known locally as Moor Miris or Moru Milagai. It consists of fresh green chilies that are slit, marinated extensively in salted curd (yogurt), and sun-dried until completely crisp and shelf-stable.
