1. Perishable Goods & Final Sales Due to the nature of our products (perishable food and grocery items), most sales are final. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

2. Order Accuracy Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. Once payment is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders as they are immediately queued for processing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the matter, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the original packaging.

  • Your order number and shipping details.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, a refund for the specific item, or store credit at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Shipping & External Delays While we strive for timely delivery, npssuper.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds or compensation for such delays.
